Subscription Model

Runnr operates on a recurring subscription basis — monthly (€19/month) or annual (€190/year). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Runnr subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Monthly subscribers: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. You retain full access until then.
Annual subscribers: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of an annual term, except as noted below.

Refunds

General policy: Runnr subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, as access to the full product is granted immediately upon payment.

14-day new subscriber exception: If you are a first-time annual subscriber and cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase without having used the paid features (Coach, broker sync, alerts), you may request a full refund by emailing info@thinicedigital.com. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Billing errors: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at info@thinicedigital.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and issue a correction where appropriate.

How to Cancel

Open Runnr and go to Settings
Tap Manage billing
Follow the Stripe billing portal to cancel your subscription

Alternatively, email info@thinicedigital.com and we will process your cancellation manually.
