Runnr is trade-discipline software operated by Thin Ice Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House). Runnr provides position sizing tools, a trade journal, discipline scoring, broker sync, and coaching analytics.
Runnr is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial intermediary. Nothing in Runnr constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a solicitation to trade. All trading decisions remain entirely your own.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Runnr. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use financial software in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Thin Ice Digital Ltd is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately at info@thinicedigital.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Monthly plan: €19 per month.
Yearly plan: €190 per year.
Founding member price: €149 per year, open to new sign-ups until 31 December 2026. If you subscribe at the founding price, it stays €149 a year at each renewal for as long as your subscription continues without a break. If it ends and you subscribe again later, or if you first subscribe after 31 December 2026, the standard yearly price applies.
If you are already subscribed at €190 per year, that subscription continues at that price until you cancel.
Prices are what you pay. We do not add VAT.
Free trial. When you create a Runnr account you get 7 days of Pro features with no card. When the 7 days end, Pro features stop unless you subscribe. We do not charge you.
If you subscribe through checkout, you also get a 7-day trial, and we ask for your card. Unless you cancel before that trial ends, we charge your card the price of the plan you chose when the trial ends, and then at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Checkout shows the date and the amount.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your card on that basis. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
Price changes. We may change the price of a plan. We will email you at least 30 days before a change applies to you. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it starts and you will not be charged the new price. The founding price promise above is not affected.
You can cancel at any time in the Runnr app: Settings (gear), Plan, Manage billing, then follow the Stripe billing page. You can also email info@thinicedigital.com. If you cancel during a checkout trial before it ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
Your 14-day right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of your first payment and get a full refund of that payment. To use it, email info@thinicedigital.com or use Manage billing, and say you want to cancel and be refunded. We refund within 14 days of your notice, to the card you paid with. This is in addition to any rights you have by law.
Apart from that, fees for a billing period that has started are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or we agree. If you think you were charged by mistake, tell us as soon as you can and we will look into it and correct any error.
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Runnr connects to third-party broker accounts (currently Alpaca, IBKR Flex, and Trading 212) in read-only mode. Runnr cannot place, modify, or cancel orders on your behalf. API keys and Flex tokens are encrypted at rest. You connect these integrations at your own discretion. Trading 212’s public API covers Invest / Stocks ISA accounts only (not SIPP).
